How bookgotrip began

At a very young age I was blessed with the opportunity to travel, my parents enjoyed adventuring and naturally I was brought along for the ride, like it or not. One of my first memories, was being rolled by waves body surfing, while camping in our little trailer on Pismo Beach in California. At age six my family, along with a hardy group of friends, drove from Northern California in a camper caravan to the tip of Baja and camped on the beach for weeks. Since, I've never stopped enjoying exploring this beautiful world we have the pleasure to call home. Whether on short or long cruises, self designed tropical adventures, stateside roadtrips, package deal travels, or once in a lifetime European vacations my love of travel has continued to grow. There's pure pleasure in every bit of the travel process for me from the thought of taking a trip to looking for the perfect flight, train, rental car, place to stay, to booking, packing, figuring out all the little last minute details, and finally taking the trip. I absolutely love the way we open up when traveling, there's a kind of magic in it. Simply put, these are a few of the things which brought bookgotrip into being and I am more than happy to share my joy of travel with you.
